The "It's a Girl Thing" program is off to another successful start this season at Suburban Ice Farmington Hills. The "It's a Girl Thing" program skates twice per week, with practices on Friday evenings, and games on Sundays.
The program is broken up into two age levels. The Polar Division is for girls ages 8 to 11, and the Arctic Division is for girls 11 to 14. Both divisions have 4 teams, and each team has 11-12 girls on it. Practice times are shared amongst two teams, making the program very cost effective.
